PoLAris Peak
Polaris Peak was built from a simple realization: leadership becomes powerful when it’s aligned.
Not just aligned to strategy, but aligned to how you are naturally wired to lead.
With over 18 years in commercial leadership across companies like The J.M. Smucker Company, Post Holdings, and Del Monte Foods, I’ve spent my career working with high-capacity teams, building strategy, and navigating complex business environments.
On paper, the work was about growth growing brands, expanding businesses, delivering results. What stood out to me over time wasn’t just the strategy. It was the people behind it.
I kept noticing a pattern. Capable, driven leaders were doing everything right, showing up, working hard, making thoughtful decisions and still feeling a level of friction they couldn’t quite explain. It showed up in the way they questioned their decisions, in the way they were being perceived, and in a subtle sense that how they were leading didn’t fully fit.
And when that misalignment existed, you could feel it ripple through teams. Communication became harder than it needed to be. Trust took longer to build. Decisions slowed down. There was more friction than clarity.
At different points in my own career, I experienced that same tension.
I was in roles where I was expected to lead, but without full clarity, authority, or alignment in how I naturally operate. From the outside, everything looked successful. But internally, I found myself overanalyzing decisions, adjusting how I communicated depending on the room, and feeling the pressure to lead in ways that didn’t fully feel like me. That experience stayed with me not as a frustration, but as a question I couldn’t let go of.
What if leadership wasn’t about doing more, but about understanding yourself more clearly?
As I began exploring frameworks like 5 Voices, Myers-Briggs, and other tools, something started to click in a way I hadn’t experienced before. It wasn’t that leaders lacked capability. It was that they lacked language for how they lead, awareness of how others experience them, and a clear understanding of what alignment actually looks like for them.
And once that clarity is there, things shift in a very real way. Decisions feel less heavy. Communication becomes more natural. Confidence becomes something you trust, not something you try to prove.
This is the part of the work I care about deeply.
I love watching someone go from second-guessing themselves to having clear language for how they lead. I love seeing the moment where something clicks and they realize, “This is why I operate this way and it actually makes sense.” The clarity leads to natural confidence.
There’s something powerful about helping people see themselves more clearly not to change who they are, but to lead from it more intentionally. Because when that happens, it doesn’t just impact them. It changes how they show up with their teams, how they communicate, and how they create direction for others.
Why Polaris Peak
Polaris Peak was created to help leaders and individuals find their North Star their fixed point for clarity, direction, and alignment.
Not by giving more advice, but by helping them understand how they are wired to lead. When that alignment is present, leadership starts to feel more natural. Communication becomes clearer. Direction becomes easier to create and follow.
My work blends real-world leadership experience with practical frameworks like 5 Voices and Myers-Briggs, along with a strong ability to recognize patterns across individuals and teams. When helpful, I also incorporate a light Human Design overlay as an additional lens for reflection. Everything is translated into practical insight so clients don’t just understand themselves better they lead differently because of it.
I don’t believe leadership is about becoming someone else. I believe it’s about understanding who you already are and learning how to lead from that place with clarity and intention.
That’s where confidence becomes real.
That’s where trust is built.
That’s where leadership starts to feel aligned.
If you’re ready to lead with more clarity and less friction, I’d love to help.
